HR Transition Program Managers have the job of managing multiple work streams related to HR planning, process development, implementation and execution for TFS headquarter’s move to Plano, Texas. Other job responsibilities include: driving planning and execution for Early Mover and formal transition/relocation waves; analysis and development of audit-ready, compliant data management practices and HR internal processes.

Senior Treasury Analysts have the job of managing TFS Fair Value practice for the debt ($80 billion) and derivative ($90 billion) and finance receivables ($60 Billion) portfolio. Valuations is a significant component of counterparty credit risk management, internal (management and Parent Company) and external (external auditors, GAAP and SEC) financial reporting.

The National Manager International Treasury job position requires providing executive leadership for the Treasury requirements for Americas Region Sales Finance Companies (“SFC”) in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina, and Venezuela. The job also requires advising or delivering innovative and cost effective funding and risk management strategies, and influencing the development of global treasury and risk management policies.
